This version of the iconic Salkantay hike and the short Inca Trail that connects to Machu Picchu is an exceptional and unforgettable adventure. Along the way, you will enjoy breathtaking views of glaciers, mountains and lush flora, making it one of the most spectacular treks you will ever do. We will hike through the Vilcabamba Mountain Range, passing under the majestic Salkantay snow-capped mountain. The climate of the first part of the trail is dry and cold, while the second part is warmer and more humid.

The difficulty of this hike is moderate to high, as the terrain can be challenging in some parts. Salkantay is one of the most beautiful snow-capped mountains in Peru, located in the Cordillera Vilcabamba, in the Cusco region. This mountain offers an alternative to reach the citadel of Machu Picchu, which runs along the Cordillera Vilcabamba. It is an ancient and remote route that offers breathtaking views, abundant flora and fauna that you will not find in the traditional Inca Trail. We invite you to live this unique and unforgettable adventure.
